What you need to know

• Standard check-in time is 2:00pm.
  We cater for early arrivals, but cannot guarantee early check-ins.  If your apartment happens to be ready before 2pm, we will check you straight in, but otherwise we will store your bags for you and notify you as to when your apartment will be available.
• Standard check-out time is 10:00am.
  We can organize late check-outs dependent on our current occupancy rate, and at an extra cost.  If you wish to leave your bags after check-out previous to your flight/departure, this service is offered for free.

Please note that there is to be NO PARTIES or excessive noise and NO alcohol consumption in the public area of this building. If we are called on the basis of a complaint and witness alcohol consumption in a public area or loud, disruptive behaviour, we will EJECT you from the premises, and NO REFUND will be issued. Aura is not a party venue so please respect the right of other tenants and guests to quiet enjoyment of the property.

• We have limited on-site parking spaces.
  So please inquire in advance! The cost of parking in our spaces is $35 per night. There is also public parking available nearby, including at Crown Casino, which is a 10-minute walk away.
• We accept credit cards

  American Express: 3% surcharge

• We will accept deliveries to the apartments during your stay.
  If you are arranging a delivery, please ensure that your package (or letter) is addressed to our postal address – 707/534 Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000 – and that it references your name. We will ensure that your item is delivered to your apartment but please contact us to arrange this (in advance if possible). If your item is addressed incorrectly, you may not receive it.
• All linen and towels are provided.
  We are able to fully service your room every 3 days. Should you need additional supplies at any time such as towels, soap, shampoo etc let us know and we will have it delivered to you ASAP.
• All apartments are equipped with washing machines and clothes dryers.
  A complimentary laundry powder sachet is provided for your laundry needs. Extra laundry powder is available at an additional charge.
• Wifi is free.
  The bandwidth is adequate for web surfing and short video streaming such as Youtube. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for large amounts of data usage (3GB+).
